MICHAEL GUTHRIE became the Broker and CEO of Roy Wheeler Realty in 2005. Michael has been a Realtor since 1982 and has been successfully managing real estate offices since 1986. He is known for his caring attitude and for helping agents find their own way of becoming successful in real estate sales. Since coming to Roy Wheeler, the company has grown from one office to four and now has close than to 100 Realtors operating their businesses under his supervision.
